Welcome to Plugin Licensing Kit ("PLK", "we", "our", or "us"). PLK is a product of Percycom LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform and services available at pluginlicensingkit.com (the "Service").
You must be at least 18 years old to use PLK. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
To access developer features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account.
PLK provides tools for WordPress plugin developers to manage licensing, versions, pricing, and sales. PLK acts as a facilitator but is not responsible for the quality or legal compliance of developer plugins.
License keys are issued and validated through PLK but the legal license agreement exists between the developer and the end user. PLK does not warrant or enforce license terms.
PLK operates on a prepaid commission model for plugin developers. Developers select a PLK commission rate (e.g., 15% or 10%) and prepay an advance based on that rate.
All commissions are drawn from the prepaid balance. Once depleted, commissions are charged directly on license revenue. PLK may update pricing and commission structures with prior notice.
In addition, PLK may charge end users a separate convenience fee (e.g., $2.95 per transaction), which is collected by PLK and not shared with the developer.

You retain ownership of all content uploaded to PLK. You grant PLK a non-exclusive license to use your content for display and functionality within the platform.
Users may not use PLK to distribute malicious software, violate intellectual property laws, or interfere with the platform’s operation. Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform is prohibited.
PLK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may request account deletion at any time.
PLK is provided "as is" with no warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or error-free performance.
PLK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Developers using PLK may be granted access to limited information about their plugin customers, such as names, email addresses, domains, and license activation data. This information is provided solely for the purpose of supporting licensed users and managing plugin access.
Developers are responsible for handling any end-user data in compliance with applicable data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. PLK does not monitor or control how developers use this data, but reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse or abuse end-user information.
Developers agree not to sell, rent, or otherwise misuse user data obtained through the PLK platform.
Your use of PLK is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of PLK after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Sheridan County County.
